Malvera ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Malvera mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and role (buyer, seller, or agent).
Verification Data: Sellers and agents may submit identification documents, business names, addresses, and contact details for account verification.
Property Listings: Information you provide when listing properties, including images, videos, descriptions, pricing, and location data.
Chat Data: Messages sent to the Malvera AI assistant are processed through the DeepSeek API to generate responses. Before the first AI request, the app asks for your permission to send this data. We send your chat messages and selected app language. If you ask about a listing, we also send that listing's title, location, price, category, listing type, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, optional built year and floor, available property analysis, and up to the first 500 characters of its description. Do not include sensitive personal information in AI chat messages.
Device Data: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. This involves storing a device token. We also use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting.
To provide and maintain our real estate platform; to authenticate your identity and manage your account; to verify seller and agent profiles; to display property listings to other users; to send push notifications about new properties; to provide AI-powered property analysis and responses through the DeepSeek AI service only after you grant permission in the app; to store AI chat messages and responses for chat history, service delivery, safety, and moderation; and to improve the platform through crash reporting and analytics.
Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage and Fly.io for application hosting. Uploaded images and documents are stored on encrypted persistent volumes.
DeepSeek AI: We send the AI chat data described above to DeepSeek, our third-party AI provider, solely to generate a chat response. We do not send your Malvera account password, email address, phone number, identity documents, device token, or payment information to DeepSeek. We require third-party service providers that process personal data for Malvera to protect it with safeguards appropriate to the data and to use it only to provide their service to us. You can decline when asked, or withdraw consent from Profile > Settings > AI data sharing; Malvera will not send further AI chat requests to DeepSeek unless you consent again.
Firebase (Google): Used for push notifications, crash reporting, and analytics.
Supabase: Database hosting provider.
Fly.io: Application hosting provider.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also permanently delete your Malvera account and associated data directly in the app from Profile > Delete account.
To permanently delete your account, sign in to the Malvera app and go to Profile > Delete account. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm the action. This process is available in the app and does not require you to contact customer support.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon confirmation, your account and profile information, property listings, favorites, chat history, uploaded images, documents, verification records, and identification documents are permanently removed. Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, where required by applicable law.
