Malvera ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Malvera mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and role (buyer, seller, or agent).
Verification Data: Sellers and agents may submit identification documents, business names, addresses, and contact details for account verification.
Property Listings: Information you provide when listing properties, including images, videos, descriptions, pricing, and location data.
Chat Data: Messages sent to the Malvera AI assistant are processed through the DeepSeek API to generate responses. These messages are not used to train third-party models.
Device Data: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. This involves storing a device token. We also use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting.
To provide and maintain our real estate platform; to authenticate your identity and manage your account; to verify seller and agent profiles; to display property listings to other users; to send push notifications about new properties; to provide AI-powered property analysis via our chatbot; to improve the platform through crash reporting and analytics.
Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage and Fly.io for application hosting. Uploaded images and documents are stored on encrypted persistent volumes.
DeepSeek AI: Chat messages are processed by DeepSeek's API for AI responses.
Firebase (Google): Used for push notifications, crash reporting, and analytics.
Supabase: Database hosting provider.
Fly.io: Application hosting provider.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also request that we deactivate your account.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please send an email to support@malvera.space with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Malvera account. We will process your request within 30 days. Upon deletion, your account, profile, property listings, favorites, chat history, uploaded images, and verification records will be permanently removed.
